The Hon. Wayne Munroe, Minister of National Security, was in attendance at the Ministry of National Security's 'Shock Treatment Sunday' Church Service, March 17, 2024 at The Hope Center. Young men with past disciplinary issues who had improved their outlook and attitudes through the rigors of the programme were encouraged at the church service to stay on the new, hard-won, path.
